Colburn Winsor’s law practice focuses primarily on juvenile defense, child welfare, and criminal defense. Colburn works with the client in every aspect of their case. He will personally talk to you during client intake, client phone calls and emails. He will personally represent you in hearings and negotiation with prosecution. He will discuss with you your options when an offer is made or a decision to go to trial. He will work with you in trial preparation and trial and continue you until a final decision is made.

​Colburn has a life-time of experience. He is a veteran of the Utah National Guard and retired veteran of the U.S. Army. He has local roots as he graduated from Dixie College. He later graduated from Norwich University in Vermont and Rodger Williams Law School in Rhode Island. While in law school he did two externships with the Washington County Attorney’s Office. There he got to know many of the prosecutors.
